Tech 22 Sell Now Policy

At Tech 22, we make it easy and transparent for you to sell your used phones. Our system ensures that you get a fair price based on the cosmetic condition, functionality, and accessories included with your device. Below is an outline of our criteria and the requirements for selling your phones to us.

Device Condition Criteria

All phones are evaluated based on the following conditions:

Excellent Condition

  • Cosmetic Condition: Phones must be in excellent or like-new condition with no signs of wear or damage. The product should be immaculate, with no scratches, dents, or imperfections.
  • Functionality: The phone must function perfectly without any issues.
  • Battery Health: The battery must be at 95% health or higher.
  • Accessories: All original accessories that came with the phone must be included, and they should be in the same pristine condition as the device. This includes the charger, headphones, and any other items originally included in the box.
  • Packaging: The original box and inserts must be provided, and they should be in excellent condition.

Good Condition

  • Cosmetic Condition: Phones in good condition may have minor signs of wear, such as light scratches or small scuffs, but no major cosmetic damage.
  • Functionality: The phone must be fully functional, with no operational defects.
  • Battery Health: The battery must be 85% health or higher.
  • Accessories: All essential accessories (such as the charger) must be included. Original packaging is not required but is preferred.

Working Condition

  • Cosmetic Condition: Phones in this category may have significant cosmetic wear, such as deep scratches, dents, or other visible damage.
  • Functionality: Despite its cosmetic flaws, the phone must be fully operational and functional.
  • Battery Health: The battery must be 80% health or higher.
  • Accessories: Including accessories, such as the charger, is optional. Please be advised that original packaging is not required.

Important Requirements

  • Apple Devices: All Apple products must have the i-Cloud account deactivated. Ensure that the device is completely removed from any associated accounts before selling.
  • Android Devices: For Android devices running version 5.1 or higher, the Google Account linked to the device must be removed to disable Factory Reset Protection (FRP).

How to Sell Your Device at Tech 22 

Fill Out the Form: Visit our "Sell Now" page and complete the form by selecting your phone model and providing the required details. Once you fill out the necessary fields, you will receive an estimated price for your device.

Send Us Your Device: If you accept the estimated price, pack your phone securely with all necessary accessories and ship it to the address provided. Please note that we only offer online shipping, and in-person drop-offs are not available.

Inspection and Payment: Upon receipt of your device, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards. This evaluation process may take up to 2 business days. If the device complies with our criteria, we will proceed with the payment, which will be transferred to the account details provided in your submission form within 24 hours of approval.

Notes and Exclusions

  • Non-Working Devices: Phones that do not power on or have major functional issues are not eligible for sale through our standard criteria. Please contact us for a special evaluation.
  • Accessories and Packaging: Including original packaging and accessories can increase the value of your phone. Ensure all items are in good working condition.
