Return Policy

At Tech 22, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines for returns and exchanges for new cell phones, old cell phones sold to us, accessories, and repairs.

Return Eligibility

Mobile Phone Returns:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date for unopened boxes. If the box is opened, Tech 22 will offer to buy the phone but will not accept returns after 14 days.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

Accessory Returns:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date for unopened accessories. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.
  • Condition: Accessories must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
  • Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

Repair Warranty:

  • We offer a 2-month warranty on all repairs. If you experience issues with your repaired device within this period, please contact us for assistance. (No warranty for internal or external damages).

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at admin@techs22.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. (Shipping charges for returns will be paid by customer).

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at admin@techs22.co.uk to arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at admin@techs22.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.  We will investigate the exact issue and then make the possible solution for this order.
